Sofa and upholstery cleaning

Microfibre, velvet, linen or another fabric: we first identify the material and test our product on a hidden area. We then apply a suitable product, brush it in and use injection-extraction, which means the product is injected into the fabric and vacuumed back out with the dirt. Armchairs and fabric dining or office chairs are cleaned the same way. Leather is different: it is cleaned by hand with dedicated leather products, then conditioned. Rug and carpet cleaning in Geneva

Living room rugs, modern rugs and antique Oriental rugs are cleaned on site, so there is nothing to roll up or carry. For older pieces, we use products chosen to respect the dyes and fibres. How a visit works

1. Send us a wide photo of the item and close-ups of any stains.
2. Receive your quote. It depends on the type of textile, its size, the material and its condition.
3. Pick a date. There is nothing to prepare: just make sure we can reach the textiles.
4. We clean on site. Fabrics then air-dry in 6 to 8 hours, and in winter we can leave fans for thick textiles.
5. You pay once you have seen the result.

A word on stains: fresh stains almost always come out. Old wine, ink or set-in blood stains, dye marks, burns and faded areas can only be lightened. We tell you honestly what to expect before we start. Until we arrive, blot a fresh spill with a clean cloth, without rubbing. If needed, use a mild soap such as Marseille soap diluted in water, tested first on a hidden area.
